バター焼き＋シークワーサー♪
2021/02/24 マリウドのごはん
こんばんは(*^-^*)
宿スタッフのゆりこです。
２月２４日のマリウドの晩ごはんは・・・
・シイラのバター焼き
・豚肉とピーマンのネギ塩レモン炒め
・大根と鶏肉の煮物
・山芋ときゅうりの梅おかか和え
・スマガツオの刺身
・アーサーとワカメの味噌汁
でした！
シイラのバター焼きです。
シークワーサーはティダカンカン産です。
夕方、収穫に行ってきました☆★
豚肉とピーマンのネギ塩レモン炒めです。
玉ネギ、キャベツ、しめじも入っています。
大根と鶏肉の煮物です。
みーちゃんが作ってくれました。
山芋ときゅうりの梅おかか和えです。
鰹節を混ぜ込み、最後に上にも乗せました。
スマガツオの刺身です。
アーサーとワカメの味噌汁です。

グッピーちゃんがまた大人数に
なってきたのでご紹介(^^♪
綺麗に写らないのですが・・・
赤ちゃんがいっぱいいます(*^-^*)
Snorkeling in Iriomote
2021/02/24 バラス島&鳩間島シュノーケリングツアー
西表島 シュノーケリング 幻の島バラス島 ウミガメ
Barasu Is. has been under the water today. I’m sorry it’s not an island actually. we could not land there.
Though, we found 4 turtles at the point near Barasu Is.!!!
It was eating calmly. it did not look afraid of us!
we found a sea turtle with deformed shell suit….
clown fishes were there!
this little girl can dive very well. if she did not wear her wet suit, she could swim with turtles, clown and other fishes!!!

Iriomote is one of the best snorkeling area in the world, isn’t it?

ピナイサーラの滝
kayaking on the mangrove river is amazing even it’s a little rainy.
fortunately it stopped raining soon, and Pinaisaara waterfall appear!
trekking along the beautiful stream in the jungle
This is Pinaisaara waterfall.
Let’s try to go to the top of Pinaisaara!!
a cute lizard welcomed to us.
Nice view from the top, though, I’m sorry no photoes available.
we enjoyed kayaking again.
This family likes nature very much. Iriomote is one of the best place in Japan for such people!

２月２３日のマリウドの晩ごはんは・・・
・カンパチの煮付け
・かまいチャンプルー
・島ダコの唐揚げ
・もやしとゴーヤのナムル
・キツネフエフキダイの刺身
・カンパチの赤だし
・ミトレア農園産ピーチパイン
でした！
カンパチの煮付けです。
付け合わせに青パパイヤと、さっと
茹でたビーフチビを添えています。
かまいチャンプルーです。
慶太くんの獲った猪です。
島ダコの唐揚げです。
ミトレア農園産の島レモンを添えて。
もやしとゴーヤのナムルです。
みーちゃんが作ってくれました。
キツネフエフキダイの刺身です。
カンパチの赤だしです。

近頃しっかりと歩き出したたいち～！
厨房にだって簡単に出入り出来ますよ～！
ハイハイ姿もあと少しですね(‘;’)

２月２２日のマリウドの晩ごはんは・・・
・本カンパチの甘酢あんかけ
・牛肉とナス、ピーマンのオイスター炒め
・島カボチャの黒糖煮
・ビーフチビのツナマヨ和え
・ヒレナガカンパチの刺身
・アオチビキのあら汁
でした！
本カンパチの甘酢あんかけです。
糸唐辛子を乗せています。
牛肉とナス、ピーマンのオイスター炒めです。
青パパイヤとキャベツも入っています。
今日の備え付け小鉢は頂き物のオレンジ♩
島カボチャの黒糖煮です。
じっくりことこと煮込んで、
山椒の葉を乗せました。
ビーフチビのツナマヨ和えです。
ヒレナガカンパチの刺身です。
かづきくんが釣ったやつかなー？？？
アオチビキのあら汁です。
